Free tracked shipping on every order

Every order ships free, with tracking. No code needed.

How long will it take?

Most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Some take a little longer, especially near holidays or when customs checks a parcel.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track My Order page.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States, Canada and many other countries. You'll see if we deliver to you when you enter your address at checkout.

Refills

Subscription refills ship on the plan you picked (every 4 weeks for 1 bottle, every 12 weeks for 3 bottles), free and with tracking. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime in your account or by email.

Something wrong with your parcel?

If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@hercrea.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email us and we'll look into it right away.
